Please note that international orders cannot be cancelled at the time of delivery. If a customer refuses to accept the parcel upon arrival, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes — or for any other reason — the customer will be responsible for any associated fees, including return shipping charges.
