Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange is available for orders delivered within Pakistan only.
• Articles can be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Exchange is applicable in case of:
• Damaged item received
• Size issues

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags must be intact.
• The packaging should be in its original condition.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon of the same value will be issued, which you can use immediately or for future purchases at Zaybetan.
